Very happy repeat customer, awesome heat packs, always beautifully made and the perfect size.
excellent product, would buy again
I had one of these packs sent directly to a loved one as a gift & she has had nothing but praise for the quality of materials used & the beautiful scent of lavender that has been so soothing and comforting. She has spoken so highly of it that I’m now in the process of ordering one for myself & can’t wait for it!
Terrific, stays warmer longer, love it.
Lupin heat packs are great, hold the heat a lot longer.
Very happy repeat customer, these are the best heats packs I have used, so good I've gifted many times over.
This is my third Soft Pack heat pack I have purchased over the years and can't recommend this product enough to anyone looking for the best heat pack around. The seeds stay warm for ages and the bonus lavender in them smells lovely. I would gladly recommend this product.
I have had my SpotPack for years and absolutely love it. The removable cover is such a game changer! Now, I bought another one, so my son would stop stealing mine! Christina was so lovely and showed me some options of more child-friendly designs. So so beautiful, fantastic quality, arrived within a couple of days - could not recommend this shop any higher!

Awesome heat packs, fast delivery, happy repeat customer!
I have brought 3 of these heat packs over the years. I discovered the ‘Spotpack’ brand at my local health food store at Sandgate. They are great! I brought this one for my partner, but have used it for my shoulder. Heaven!
Good quality and quick delivery.
Quick delivery & amazing product! I’m a return buyer of the spot pack (originally bought from an eco market) & just love them. Thanks again
Awesome product and super easy and quick communication with the seller! Will be buying more as gifts in future!
Fabulous product, customer service and communication. Quick delivery too. Thankyou!
Such a great heat pack, holds the heat for ages without any weird smells, looks good too!
Use this every day on my sore joints. Well made and does a great job.
Seller answered my question before purchasing promptly. Shipping was quick and timely, came when my back was sore from my growing baby bump. I used it right away and it worked wonderfully! Beautiful fabric, well made and holds the heat really well (at least a solid 35-40min, using oven to heat up).
It is perfect! A great size and heats up well! Definitely recommend it! 🥰
Absolutely love this product. Put it into the freeze just after it arrived to ice my sprained ankle with and it worked amazingly. Held the cold for quite a while and moulds perfectly to whatever you use it for due to the Lupin seeds. 😍
Lovely well made product. Very happy with my soft pack heat pack. Christine is a lovely lady to buy from and fast delivery as well.
I bought this one from the market and I loved it so I bought another one for my friend. The heat pack is well made - good quality fabric, and the best thing is there are 3 sections that you can spread the contents evenly. The heat lasts longer then other heat pack too. Perfect for neck/shoulder, Lower back and tummy.
Fast postage, great service and have brought many as they are so good.
A beautifully made head bag with the option of smelling nice with the little extra lavender bags. Thank you!
