Shipping policy

Everything we sell is made to order in Brisbane, so please allow a little time for us to sew your pack before it is posted.

How long it takes to make

We make and pack your order within 7 to 10 business days. Larger orders, or orders placed in the lead up to Christmas and Mother's Day, may take a little longer. If yours is going to take longer than usual, we will tell you.

Postage within Australia

Standard post — $11.00, arriving roughly 3 to 5 business days after it is sent.

Express post — $15.00, arriving roughly 1 to 2 business days after it is sent.

Free standard post on orders over $100.

These delivery times are on top of the making time above, and they are estimates from Australia Post rather than guarantees.

Where we post from and to

All orders are sent from Mansfield in Brisbane via Australia Post. We currently post within Australia only. If you are overseas and would like a SpotPack, please email us and we will see what we can do.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is posted. Please keep an eye on that tracking, as we cannot be responsible for parcels once Australia Post has them.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we will happily resend it once the postage is paid again.
