Privacy policy

SpotPack respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you buy from us or create an account, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number. If you join our email list we keep your name and email address.

We also collect basic information about how you use our website, such as which pages you visit, through cookies and similar technology.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled directly by Shopify and its payment providers.

Why we collect it

To make and send your order, to answer your questions, to send you your receipt and tracking, to send you marketing emails if you have asked for them, and to keep our records as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only where we need to. That means Shopify, which runs our online shop, Australia Post, so your parcel can reach you, our payment providers, and our email service if you are on our list. We do not sell your information to anybody.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and account details for as long as your account is open.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Email christinaspotpack@gmail.com.
