These terms apply when you use the SpotPack website or place an order with us. By ordering, you agree to them.

Our products
Everything is handmade, so no two packs are exactly alike. Fabric placement, pattern and colour will vary a little from the photographs, and screens display colour differently. This is part of the charm of a handmade item rather than a fault.
Fabrics are often small runs. If the exact fabric shown has sold out, we will contact you before making your order.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if there has been a pricing error. If we do, we will refund you in full.
Using your heat pack safely
Please follow the heating instructions supplied with your pack. Do not overheat. Heat in short bursts, never leave a pack heating unattended, and always let it rest before reheating.
Take particular care with children, the elderly, and anyone with reduced sensation to heat, such as people with diabetes or a neurological condition. Do not use on broken skin. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor first.
Replace your heat pack every three years. A pack whose contents have dried out heats poorly and can become a fire risk.
SpotPack products are for comfort and relief. They are not a medical device and are not a substitute for medical advice.

Our designs
The SpotPack name, logo and website content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
