Good quality product would recommend
A very, very expensive heat pack, that only holds its heat for 3-5 minutes at best. Tried increasing the "recommended" heating time but then it's far too hot to safely use anyway. The structural quality of it is amazing, as is my chosen fabric pattern/design, but its core purpose is very lacking. I really wanted to love this.
Quality material and I love the black cord material contrasting with the black cocktoos. Well made, sits well. Excellent stitching, fast delivery.
Beautifully made and so comfortable! The pack heats up well and feels great on my sore shoulders and neck. The customer service was wonderful too. I asked for different fabric too and it’s so cute, really happy with the product.

I’m so pleased with the purchased heat packs. They’re so well-made, especially the shoulder heat pack. It’s made in such a way that the lupin seeds are evenly distributed across the entire pack. Highly recommend!

Lovely heatpack, was curious how the different filling would go and have to say that I like it much more than the usual wheat or grain filled microwavable packs. It is still a little heavy though so if you're suffering from some more severe strain the weight can be a little painful.

I ordered the neck heat pack as a gift. The colour selection was great and the product arrived quickly, well packed and with great instructions for me to include with the gift. The heat bags are well made and the weight is well distributed so they stay in place. I would absolutely buy from Spotpack again x
