I am a repeat customer. The heat packs are beautifully well made and hold their shape after countless amounts of being thrown into the microwave!!!! My kids love them and I gift them to my family, too!!
Good quality product would recommend
A very, very expensive heat pack, that only holds its heat for 3-5 minutes at best. Tried increasing the "recommended" heating time but then it's far too hot to safely use anyway. The structural quality of it is amazing, as is my chosen fabric pattern/design, but its core purpose is very lacking. I really wanted to love this.
Quality material and I love the black cord material contrasting with the black cocktoos. Well made, sits well. Excellent stitching, fast delivery.
