Such great quality and amazing stitching and detail. Will keep coming back!!!! I'm using my heatpacks daily and the sizes are just right. Stay on your shoulders and give off an equal amount of heat across all surfaces. No dampening, no risk of getting burnt, no smell and no overheating. Love love love these heat packs!!!!

Bought a heat pack and didn’t know lupin seeds was bad for people with peanut allergies, which I have, but the person I talked to was very helpful and I sent it back and got it replaced with a wheat filled bag with no velvet. I’m so happy with my heat back and the person was so lovely and helpful
I bought one of these from a market in Chinchilla at the Watermelon Festival. Loved it so much that I recommended them to my mum and bought two more. Perfect size for my two busted shoulders, heat or cool. They're fabulous for both!

An absolute game changer 🙌I get neck and upper back pain (car accident) and this has made heating these areas too easy. I had to choose another fabric due to low stock, however, Christina was so prompt and got it sorted! Amazing customer service ☺️ I was tossing up between the medium and large sizes but am so glad I went for the larger size, as it covers so much more. Value for money and so durable - I will have for years!

Quite substantial coverage. I only rarely use this one and revert to my neck piece as the weight fatigues my back and shoulders over time - however when I’m super sore this does the trick

Lovely customer service - I had a small issue with stitching but the shop owner was absolutely brilliant and solved the problem with no hesitation. It’s so hard to find a heat pack that covers your neck and shoulders as well as your upper back. I am so happy I found this one. Perfect for all those aches and pains. I am a migraine suffer so it’s exactly what I need.

Perfect for neck and upper back tension. Normal wheat packs don't quite cover the whole area so this size is excellent. It retains heat well too.
