I own several of these heat packs and they're my favourite. They've way outlasted other heat packs ive owned, they're functional and really great for when I have to move around but still need pain relief. The owner is also very helpful and communicative when I have questions

Love this heat pack! It is sewn into segments to ensure you get even heat distribution. It fits perfectly across my hips to ease menstrual/endometriosis pain and hubby also found it great to ease his back pain. So easy to heat up in the microwave. The fabric is lovely and it's well made too. A huge thanks to the seller for being able to make the straps a bit longer too - it fits perfectly.
